Student Worship is our weekly gathering for 6th–12th grade students. Each week, students can expect fun activities, engaging biblical teaching, and meaningful small-group conversations.
Our goal is to help students understand what the Bible actually says, why it matters, and how they can follow Jesus in their everyday lives. We want students to have fun, build friendships, grow in their faith, and take the next step in following Jesus.
Student Worship resumes September 9, 2026, and meets most Wednesday nights throughout the school year!

Student Worship meets Wednesday nights from 6:30–8:30 PM at Harvest Evangelical Free Church in The Second Story.
Doors Open: 6:30 PM
Large Group Time: 7:00 PM
Small Groups: 8:00 PM
Pickup: 8:30 PM
Students are welcome to arrive at 6:30 PM to hang out, grab a snack, and connect with friends before the main gathering begins.

We believe God created us to grow in relationship with Him and with one another. Small groups give students a place to ask questions, share what they're learning, encourage one another, and talk about what it looks like to follow Jesus in real life.
We don't want faith to stay theoretical. Small groups help students take what they learn and put it into practice.

Absolutely! We provide snacks and drinks at all Student Worship gatherings and activities. 

We believe that following Jesus is about more than simply knowing about Him. It's about knowing Him, growing in Him, and going wherever He leads.
Student Worship exists to give middle school and high school students a place to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live it out. Through biblical teaching, worship, small groups, friendships, and serving opportunities, we want students to discover what it means to follow Jesus in every part of their lives.
We also believe that parents and families play a primary role in a student's spiritual development. Student Worship isn't meant to replace the church's Sunday worship gathering or take the place of what happens at home. Instead, we want to come alongside families, supporting and encouraging the spiritual growth that is already happening throughout the week.
That means teaching the Bible in ways that are age-appropriate, relevant, and connected to the real questions and challenges students are facing. We want to help students wrestle with their faith, navigate the pressures of middle and high school, and learn what it looks like to follow Jesus in the situations they actually encounter, not just talk about faith in the abstract.
Our hope is that students don't just leave Student Worship knowing more about the Bible. We want them to leave knowing Jesus more deeply, becoming more like Him, and learning how to live out their faith every day.

Never been to Student Worship before? No problem! Students don't need to know anyone, have everything figured out, or have a perfect understanding of the Bible to come. Our leaders will help them get connected, meet other students, and feel at home..

Wisconsin winters can be unpredictable! When winter weather creates unsafe travel conditions, we want to make sure students, families, and volunteers stay safe.
If Beaver Dam schools are canceled or closed due to winter weather, Student Worship will also be canceled that evening.
If conditions change throughout the day, we will communicate any additional cancellations or updates through our usual communication channels and social media.

We love having our students worship with the entire Harvest family! Students are invited to join us for our main Harvest Worship Services every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM.
It's a great opportunity for students to worship alongside people of all generations and be reminded that they are part of something bigger than just Student Worship.
